Ingredients

  • 6 Tablespoons butter melted
  • 1 3/4 cups all purpose flour
  • 3 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 1/4 cups milk

Instructions

  • Sift together flour, baking powder and salt.
  • Mix together melted butter and milk, add eggs and whisk until blended.
  • Gradually add the wet mixture to the flour mixture; stir only until blended--do not over-mix!
  • Add to heated waffle iron and cook according to the manufacturer's directions.
