- 3 cucumbers
- 1 medium onion
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon sugar (heaping)
- 2 Tablespoons milk
Peel cucumbers, if desired. Slice cucumbers and onions.
Sprinkle with salt and black pepper; stir. Refrigerate for 30 minutes minimum.
Drain off any water from the cucumbers and onions.
Mix together mayonnaise, sugar and milk in a separate bowl.
Pour over cucumber salad and stir. Salad will thin as it sits.
