Cheeseburger Turnovers are perfect for the picky eaters in your family who don't eat anything unusual, but you can easily add ingredients to them too. All it takes is 4 ingredients--refrigerated biscuits, ground beef, American cheese and milk!

Ingredients
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • 2 cans of refrigerated biscuits 8 count
  • 8 slices of American cheese
  • 1/4 cup milk
Instructions
  1. Brown ground beef seasoned with salt and pepper; drain excess grease.
  2. Flatten canned biscuits.
  3. Put one heaping Tablespoon of ground beef in center of biscuit.
  4. Fold the cheese slices in half and half again and put on top of beef.
  5. Top with another biscuit, and seal the edges with a fork; prick top with fork.
  6. Place them on an ungreased cookie sheet.
  7. Brush top of biscuits with milk.
  8. Bake at 425 degrees F for 8 to 10 minutes.
