Easy Baked Tilapia is a perfect way to introduce your children to fish. This recipe is also easy to kick up a notch by adding your favorite salsa on top.
Easy Baked Tilapia
  • Boneless skinless Tilapia fillets, thawed
  • Olive oil
  • Shoup's Seasoning or salt black pepper, garlic powder
  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. Arrange thawed filets in a glass baking dish sprayed with cooking spray.
  3. Drizzle filets with olive oil and season generously with Shoup's seasoning (or a mixture of salt, black pepper and garlic powder).
  4. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until cooked through (easily flakes and is just opaque throughout).
