- 4 boneless skinless Tilapia fillets thawed
- 2 Tablespoons Olive oil
- 1 Tablespoon Shoup's Seasoning or salt, black pepper, garlic powder mix
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
Arrange thawed filets in a glass baking dish sprayed with cooking spray.
Drizzle filets with olive oil and season generously with Shoup's seasoning (or a mixture of salt, black pepper and garlic powder).
Bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until cooked through (easily flakes and is just opaque throughout).
