  • 4 eggs
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 15 ounces pumpkin puree canned pumpkin, not pumpkin pie filling
  • 1 1/2 cups oil
  • 3 cups flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups chocolate chips mini, semi-sweet, dark chocolate or any combination

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
  • In large bowl, beat eggs, sugar, pumpkin and oil until smooth.
