- 16 ounces canned butter beans
- 16 ounces canned lima beans
- 16 ounces canned red kidney beans
- 32 ounces canned baked beans
- 16 ounces canned pineapple chunks
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup vinegar
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1/2 Tablespoon garlic salt
- 1/2 lb. bacon chopped
- 1 medium onion chopped
- 1/4 cup molasses
- 1 Tablespoon mustard
Drain butter beans, lima beans, kidney beans and pineapple.
Fry up bacon and onion until partially cooked; drain grease.
Combine all ingredients (beans, pineapple, bacon, onion, ketchup, mustard, brown sugar, molasses, vinegar, garlic salt) in a greased crock pot insert. Use your regular crock pot OR a casserole crock pot.
Cook on low for 6 to 8 hours or high for 2 to 3 hours.
- Can't find canned lima or butter beans? Add another can of kidney beans or any other type of bean you like. Great Northern Beans or White Kidney Beans would be tasty!
- Pineapple chunks or tidbits work in this crock pot pineapple baked bean recipe. If you have chunks but want small pieces, cut each chunk in half.
