  • 16 ounces canned butter beans
  • 16 ounces canned lima beans
  • 16 ounces canned red kidney beans
  • 32 ounces canned baked beans
  • 16 ounces canned pineapple chunks
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup vinegar
  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 1/2 Tablespoon garlic salt
  • 1/2 lb. bacon chopped
  • 1 medium onion chopped
  • 1/4 cup molasses
  • 1 Tablespoon mustard

  • Drain butter beans, lima beans, kidney beans and pineapple.

Notes

  • Can't find canned lima or butter beans? Add another can of kidney beans or any other type of bean you like.  Great Northern Beans or White Kidney Beans would be tasty!
  • Pineapple chunks or tidbits work in this crock pot pineapple baked bean recipe.  If you have chunks but want small pieces, cut each chunk in half.
  • Be sure to drain the beans and pineapple well, except for the canned baked beans.  The sauce in the baked beans helps flavor and thicken this recipe.
