- 1 package refrigerated crescent rolls 8 ounces
- 1 - 2 cups shredded cheese
- 1 pound cooked breakfast sausage (or other breakfast meats)
- 8 - 10 eggs
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Spray a 13 x 9 inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
Unroll crescent rolls. Press into bottom of prepared baking dish forming a crust. Pinch the seams together.
Sprinkle cheese, breakfast meats (and any other optional ingredients) over top the crescent roll crust.
Beat eggs well. Season with salt and black pepper, if desired. Pour over toppings.
Bake for 30 minutes or until cooked in the center.
Cut into squares or rectangles to serve.
