Fancy Baked Pork Chops in Deep Covered Baker

  • 4-6 center cut pork chops
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 10.75 oz can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 medium onion sliced
  • 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 3 Tablespoons ketchup
  1. Season pork chops generously with salt and pepper.
  2. Arrange pork chops in the bottom of a Pampered Chef Deep Covered Baker (or glass cooking dish) that has been sprayed with cooking spray.
  3. Cover with onion slices.
  4. Mix together cream of chicken soup, Worcestershire sauce and catsup; pour over pork and onions.
  5. Cover with the lid or tightly with foil.
  6. Bake at 350 degrees F for 45 minutes.

  7. Serve over rice or mashed potatoes.
