  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1 Tablespoon butter
  • 1 1/2 cups water
  • 1 Tablespoon dried Italian herbs
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups dry elbow macaroni
  • 8 ounces tomato sauce
  • 14.5 ounces canned diced tomatoes

Instructions

  • Set Instant Pot to sauté mode. Brown ground beef and onions. Season with salt and pepper.
