Ingredients

  • 3 cups leftover mashed potatoes
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 stalk celery, chopped
  • 3 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
  • 1 Tablespoon sweet pickle relish, heaping
  • 1/2 cup Miracle Whip
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • salt and pepper, to taste
  • dash paprika, optional

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients except salt, pepper and paprika; mix well. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
