- 32 ounces frozen tater tots
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/4 cup Velveeta cheese melt
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup French dressing
- 1/2 cup Thousand Island dressing
- 1 1/2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
- 2 cups shredded Swiss cheese
Brown ground beef, season with salt and pepper; drain excess grease if necessary.
Turn off heat; add Velveeta, ketchup, French and Thousand Island dressings, and Worcestershire sauce.
Add the ground beef mixture to the frozen tots; stir until combined.
Pour into a crock pot insert that has been lightly sprayed with non-stick cooking spray; top with shredded Swiss cheese.
Cover, and cook on low for 4 to 5 hours or high for 2 to 3 hours.
If desired, broil casserole in the crock pot insert for 1 - 2 minutes to brown the top. Be sure to check your user manual for your slow cooker before attempting this step.
