Crock Pot French Onion Pork Chops and Rice Recipe

We know that pork chops sometimes have a bad reputation for being dry once they are cooked but we promise that these French Onion pork chops come out of the slow cooker tender and full of flavor!

Browning your pork chops prior to adding them to the Crock Pot will help seal in the flavor so take the extra time to do this and you won’t be sorry!

We love using condensed soups as an ingredient when pulling together a meal for the family, and the condensed French Onion soup in this dish adds so much flavor.

We add the rice at the end of the cooking time in this recipe and let it cook for an extra 30 minutes. However, you could skip this step and make your rice separately or serve it without the rice. These pork chops and French Onion sauce would also be amazing over mashed potatoes!
